Shipping policy
The deadline for receiving products purchased through our website is informed in the delivery method chosen during the purchase and starts from the 1st business day following the day of confirmation payment.
Our dispatch team works daily to meet the deadlines set out in this regulation. However, for reasons beyond our control, small unforeseen events may arise. In these cases, we will always try to notify customers of any unforeseen events.
If the order is lost before delivery is made to the registered address, the order will be resent or canceled after confirmation of the loss by the carriers, which happens within a period of 5 to 7 business days.
Deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm, and can last until 7pm. Someone must be at the address to receive the order. We cannot schedule a delivery time as the delivery service is outsourced and chosen at the time of purchase.
The Carrier can reship your order via the Post Office if there are any delivery difficulties in your region. No extra delivery fees will be charged.
Correios does not carry out home delivery in some cities, in rural areas, in places that are difficult to access or at risk. In these cases, the objects are sent to a unit closer to the recipient's address, so that internal delivery can be carried out.
If your order was sent to the Post Office, it may eventually be available for collection at an agency, the address of which will be provided using the tracking code. To make the withdrawal, simply go to the location with a photo ID within 7 calendar days from the information about the release for collection, which must be carried out by the responsible person indicated on the invoice.
