The product to be exchanged or returnedmust not have been used, nor have any signs of use and/ or washing, it must be in perfect condition and have the label affixed to the standard packaging. The packaging for shipping products is the customer's responsibility, whether for exchange or return. We suggest using the same packaging in which the order was received.
